La Commissione, in risposta a un quesito dell’Unione Sindacale di Base, ribadisce che i costi relativi agli accertamenti sanitari “non possono comportare oneri economici per il lavoratore (compresi i costi connessi con eventuali spostamenti che siano necessari) e il tempo impiegato per sottoporsi alla sorveglianza sanitaria, compreso lo spostamento, deve essere considerato orario di lavoro”.
