Si segnala il recepimento, con il Dm della Transizione ecologica del 4 agosto 2022, di diverse direttive (2022/274/Ue-2022/284/Ue, 2022/287/Ue) relative a deroghe all’uso del mercurio in determinate tipologie di lampade, applicabili dal 1° ottobre 2022 fino alla scadenza prevista (scadenze diverse per le varie tipologie di lampade dal 24 febbraio 2023 al 24 febbraio 2027).
Pubblicate inoltre due direttive della Commissione (2022/1632/Ue e 2022/1631/Ue) di modifica dell’Allegato IV della direttiva 2011/65/Ue, relativa alla restrizione dell’uso di determinate sostanze pericolose nelle apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, prevedendo deroghe all’uso del piombo nei cavi e nei fili superconduttori di ossido di bismuto stronzio calcio e rame e nelle pertinenti connessioni la prima, in determinati dispositivi diagnostici per immagini la seconda. Gli Sti membri dovranno recepire le direttive modificando la normativa nazionale entro il 28 febbraio 2023.
