Il 31 maggio 2018 è l’ultimo termine utile per registrare le sostanze fabbricate e/o importate in quantità compresa tra 1 e 100 tonnellate all’anno. Il REACH stabilisce il principio “No data, no market” che prevede, per continuare la commercializzazione di sostanze chimiche, indipendentemente dalla loro pericolosità, è obbligatorio effettuare una registrazione. Tutte le sostanze devono essere registrate, salvo alcune eccezioni. Qualora la sostanza di interesse non venga registrata entro tale data, l’impresa non potrà continuare a fabbricarla e/o importarla.

L’Helpdesk nazionale REACH, un servizio di informazione e assistenza gestito dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, è attivo per aiutare le imprese nell’adempimento degli obblighi previsti dal REACH. E’ raggiungibile all’indirizzo http://reach.mise.gov.it/ e l’assistenza è gratuita e in lingua italiana, fornita anche on-line.
