Pubblicato nella Guce del 19 marzo 2019 il Reg. 2019/429/Ue che definisce la metodologia e i criteri per la valutazione e il riconoscimento dei regimi per l’esercizio del dovere di diligenza nella catena di approvvigionamento dei conflict minerals (stagno, tantalio, tungsteno e oro).
Le domande per il riconoscimento del regime sul “dovere di diligenza”, definito dall’art. 2, lettera m) del regolamento 2017/821/Ue come un insieme di procedure, strumenti e meccanismi per l’esercizio del dovere di diligenza nella catena di approvvigionamento su base volontaria, inclusi audit da parte di terzi indipendenti, sviluppato e controllato da governi, associazioni settoriali o gruppi di organizzazioni interessate, dovranno contenere le informazioni di cui all’art. 3 ed essere in linea con i requisiti applicabili del Reg. 821/2017/Ue.
