Il Ministero dell’Ambiente, con circolare del 24 dicembre 2020, prot. 108897, chiarisce le modalità di applicazione della proroga prevista dall’articolo 103 del decreto-legge 17 marzo 2020, n. 18, come modificato dalla Legge del 27 novembre n. 159 di conversione del Decreto Legge 07 ottobre 2020 n. 125, alle certificazioni previste per imprese e persone fisiche che svolgono attività di installazione, manutenzione, assistenza, ripatrazione e smantellamento di apparecchiature contenenti gas fluorurati a effetto serra.
I certificati “in scadenza tra il 31 gennaio 2021 e la data della dichiarazione dello stato di emergenza epidemiologica da Covid-19, conservano la loro validità per i novanta giorni successivi alla dichiarazione di cessazione dello stato di emergenza.”
Gli Organismi di certificazione accreditati provvedono ad estendere la validità dei certificati da loro rilasciati mediante aggiornamento del Registro telematico nazionale delle persone e delle imprese certificate (www.fgas.it).
