Pubblicato in guue il 26 giugno il Regolamento 2020/878/Ue che modifica l’allegato II del Regolamento 1907/2006/Ce “Reg. Reach” relativo alle prescrizioni per la compilazione delle schede di sicurezza.
Il nuovo allegato recepisce le modifiche intervenute a livello normativo, in particolare relativamente alle nanoforme ed all’identificatore unico di formula (UFI). Dettagliate inoltre le informazioni richieste per la sezione 9 (Proprietà fisiche e chimiche) e per la sezione 14 (Informazioni sul trasporto) e inserite alla sezione 11 (Informazioni tossicologiche) le proprietà di interferenza con il sistema endocrino.
Il regolamento sarà applicabile dal 1° gennaio 2021, le schede di sicurezza conformi alla precedente versione dell’allegato II potranno essere fornite in deroga fino al 31 dicembre 2022.
Si segnala infine la rettifica del Reg. 2020/271/Ue che modifica l’allegato XIV “Elenco delle sostanze soggette ad autorizzazione” con l’introduzione di 11 nuove sostanze cancerogene, tossiche per la riproduzione PBT o vPvB.
