Si segnala la modifica dell’Allegato XVII del Regolamento 1907/2006/Ce, Reach, ad opera del Reg. 2018/1513/Ue, con l’introduzione della restrizione n. 72 che prevede limitazioni alla presenza di una trentina di sostanze cancerogene, mutagene o tossiche per la riproduzione (CMR), tra le quali cadmio, cromo VI, arsenico, piombo e formaldeide, a partire dal 1° novembre 2020 per alcuni articoli tessili quali capi d’abbigliamento e altri tessuti che entrano in contatto con la pelle e calzature.
Relativamente al Reg. 1272/2008/Ce reg. Clp, mentre il 1° dicembre entrerà in vigore il X ATP, è stato pubblicato il XII costituito dal Regolamento (UE) n. 2018/1480/Ue che modifica l’allegato VI, adeguandolo al progresso tecnico e scientifico, modificando alcune classificazioni armonizzate ed introducendone di nuove.
Le nuove classificazioni, che possono avere ricadute sulla gestione del rischio chimico in azienda, sul trasporto di merci pericolose e sulla normativa relativa agli incidenti rilevanti, si applicheranno dal 1° maggio 2020.
