Dal 6 aprile 2017 si applicano le nuove regole previste dal Dpr 13 febbraio 2017, n.31 per l’autorizzazione paesaggistica semplificata. Il provvedimento, oltre a modificare l’elenco degli interventi di lieve entità assoggettabili alla procedura semplificata, introdurre semplificazioni documentali ed il silenzio-assenso, individua alcuni interventi non soggetti ad autorizzazione paesaggistica (ad es. opere interne, opere di consolidamento, interventi realizzati al fine di eliminare barriere architettoniche, installazione di piccoli impianti fotovoltaici, installazione di dispositivi anticaduta).
Il regime transitorio prevede l’archiviazione per i provvedimenti in corso che rientrano tra gli interventi esclusi, mentre per gli interventi iniziati in procedura ordinaria che con le nuove regole sarebbero soggetti al regime semplificato il passaggio dipende dallo stato di avanzamento del procedimento.
