Il 31 maggio 2017 scade la deroga per “prodotti a scaffale” prevista dal D.Lgs. 1272/2008 “Clp” che permetteva l’etichettatura secondo la precedente normativa per le miscele già immesse sul mercato alla data del 1 giugno 2015 (l’analoga deroga per le sostanze è scaduta invece il 1 dicembre 2012). Si sottolinea che l’obbligo di etichettatura secondo il Clp riguarda non solo produttori e distributori ma anche gli utilizzatori a valle, eventuali sostanze e miscele presenti in azienda, ed etichettate secondo la vecchia normativa, dovranno pertanto essere ri-etichettate o smaltite entro il 1 giugno 2017.
Si ricorda inoltre che entro il 31 maggio è possibile effettuare la pre-registrazione tardiva e la comunicazione dell’uso ai fornitori, affinché siano ricompresi nella registrazione, in vista dell’ultima scadenza di registrazione Reach prevista per il 1 giugno 2018.
